The process for remote online technical support is simple and easy to perform. Please review the following steps:

2. You must be available to communicate with the PC Support America Home Computer      Technician (either on phone or on live internet chat). The technician will provide you with a      Web/URL address so you can initialize the remote access node (this will only take a few      minutes).

3. After the remote access node is initialized a user secession ID and Password will be      displayed on your monitor screen, you must provide this information to the PC Support      America Technician.

4. You must be able to briefly describe the problem or error that is occurring on your computer      to the PC Support America technician.

5. You must be available to assist the PC Support America Technician if needed as well as      test and confirm that the problem on your home computer system has been resolved.
